Hi, I am a self taught caker with almost 30 years of experience ( I started very young !! )
Working on my own ( with occasional help from my husband - The Cupcake King ) I make a maximum of 2 cakes a week.

I prefer not to make any 2 cakes the same & like to think 'out of the Cake box'
Every cake, cupcake or iced biscuit I make can be bespoke and unique to your requirements.
All cakes are made to order using a combination of the best ingredients and finest flavours including unrefined sugars and Free Range Eggs. Cakes can also be made in vegetarian versions.
Rich fruit cakes are covered in marzipan and Sugarpaste before decorating.
Chocolate, Carrot, Lemon and Vanilla cakes can be covered in flavoured buttercream and Sugarpaste or just buttercream before decorating.
