ClearlyCake is run by Helenna Mannila, a cake designer specialising in special celebration (private or corporate) and wedding cakes.
A driving force is always to create a cake for a customer which will create the desired impact at the celebration. But also to get the most positive response from a customer possible.
Only the best ingredients are used, from organic, free-range eggs, to top-quality butter, flour and flavours: the proof of a cake is always in the tasting.
Helenna studied cake decorating and sugar flowers for 2 years, part-time, at Brooklands College, Surrey and ClearlyCake was launched in May 2012.
