As a long term vegan who is allergic to wheat I know the frustration of not being catered for. I know how annoying it is to have to give up birthday cakes etc so I started cooking. After many years of experimenting I believe my cakes and sweet treats are as good if not better than their non vegan counterparts. Fudge,bakewell tart you name it I can make it. If you're holding an event and want everyone to be able to eat and provide some healthy and naughty options then vegan is the way to go!
